Application Guidelines
General Eligibility Requirements
- All applicants must be non-profit, charitable organizations tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Applicants cannot discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, race, religious creed, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, age or gender.
- Applicants must acknowledge and confirm the company's support, in writing, in communications that typically recognize donors (e.g., annual reports, newsletters and Web sites).
- Applicants must have recent audited financials confirming that they are in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Applicants must agree not to employ or deal with any entities or individuals known to the Grantee to support terrorism or to appear on any of the following lists:
- U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Specially Designated Nationals List;
- U.S. Department of Justice Terrorist Exclusion List;
- United Nations List promulgated by the UN Security Council Resolutions 1267 and 1390;
- The List promulgated by the European Union pursuant to EU Regulation 2580.
