Code of Conduct for Compliance and Integrity

The Altria Code of Conduct is the cornerstone of our enterprise-wide Compliance & Integrity Program. The Code provides guidance and resources to Altria Group's companies to enable them to operate with integrity and in compliance with all laws.

The Code sets forth the basic rules that govern our businesses, and further requires employees to speak up if they become aware of potential wrongdoing.

About the Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct provides an overview of the laws and policies that govern all employees' activities within Altria Group and its companies and reflects a commitment to protect employees who seek advice, raise concerns or report misconduct.

The Code and supplemental Web-based training courses were and are developed with involvement and input from our companies' employees.
