Gordon Fruetel serves as Vice President, Corporate Audit, at Altria Client Services Inc. with responsibility for providing objective assessments of the company's internal control environment.

Gordon joined Altria in 1987 and has served in various audit management positions within the Altria family of companies.  His career has also included audit experience within the confectionery and oil field industries.

Gordon graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS in Accounting in 1978.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Virginia Society of CPAs.
