Ivan Feldman is Vice President and Assistant Controller, Financial Reporting & Analysis, at Altria Client Services Inc. He is responsible for the consolidation and analysis of Altria Group, Inc.'s consolidated financial statements, footnotes and management's discussion and analysis, as well as the preparation of all internal and external financial reports for the company and accounting research.  Among the reports prepared by the department are the Annual Report to Shareholders, SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K and Board of Director reports.

Prior to joining Altria in 2000, Ivan held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of finance and accounting for KPMG Peat Marwick, CBS Inc., ITT Industries Inc. and Pitney Bowes Inc.

Ivan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPAs.
