Linda Warren serves Altria Group, Inc. as Vice President and Controller with responsibility for shared payment services, headquarters accounting and external financial reporting. 

Previously, she served in a similar capacity for Philip Morris USA Inc., where she was responsible for consolidated accounting, reporting, disbursements, and internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Since joining Philip Morris USA in 1975 as an accountant, Linda has held various increasingly responsible leadership positions in the Finance area. She was appointed Assistant Controller - Accounting Services in 1987 and served as Controller - Operations for Philip Morris USA from 1993 to 1997. She assumed the position of Assistant Controller - Financial Services in 1997.

Active in the community, Linda currently serves on the Virginia Commonwealth University Department of Accounting Advisory Council and the Controller's Executive Roundtable Steering Committee. She is a past member of the VCU Alumni Association Board of Directors and has served as Assistant Treasurer of the Philip Morris Employee Community Fund.
