Altria Group is the parent company of Philip Morris USA and John Middleton. Altria Group’s operating companies’ brands include: Marlboro, Basic, Black & Mild, L&M, Lark, Parliament and Virginia Slims. In addition, Altria Group owns Philip Morris Capital Corporation, an investment company that manages a portfolio primarily consisting of leveraged and direct finance leases. Altria Group also has a 28.6% economic interest in SABMiller, the world’s second-largest brewer.
