Altria Group has a 28.5% economic interest in SABMiller. The combination of South African Breweries (SAB) and Miller Brewing Company in 2002 formed one of the world's largest brewing companies. With brewing interests and distribution agreements in over 60 countries, six of SABMiller's brands are in the world's top 50 beer brands.
