On March 28, 2008, Altria Group, Inc. (Altria), distributed 100% of the outstanding shares of Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI), to the shareholders of record of Altria common stock as of 5:00 p.m. New York City Time on March 19, 2008. Altria and PMI are now two unaffiliated, publicly-owned companies.
